We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organize the kitchen’s activities.
You will be expected to lead, motivate and supervise the Kitchen team and have full responsibility
for running and managing the kitchen making sure the restaurant reaches its full potential.
Prepare food menu in according with the management requirement
Conduct training for personnel
Direct and COOrdinate food preparation
Investigate customer complaints
Direct and coordinate activities of workers or staff
Estimate materials or labor requirements
Use oral or written communication techniques
Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
Resolve or assist workers to resolve work problems
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
Respect and train staff about HACCP rules
Maintain production or order records (EXCEL)
Determine food costs & recipes (excel)
Price items on menu (with owners)
Deal with suppliers for best quality products
Deal with suppliers for best prices products
Check the quantity and quality of received products.
Schedule kitchen work hours
Recruit and hire kitchen staff (with owners)
• Local chef with English oral skills
• Western restaurant experience required
• Team leader with good management skills
• Hardworking and Enthusiastic
