中环水务由中国节能环保集团公司和上海实业控股有限公司于2003年11月共同出资设立，注册资金15亿元人民币。截至2011年6月底，公司拥有全资及控股子公司16家，参股子公司1家，日服务能力433.9万吨，总资产约53.3亿元人民币。

By the end of October. 2011, the company has possessed 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries or holding subsidiaries and one share-holding subsidiary. The daily capacity is 5,159,000 ton. The total assets is APProximately RMB 5.33 billion.
