模具部全力引进台湾,意大利先进制模技术和先进设备.是内陆鞋模制造具有相当实力的制造厂家,月产量可达300双左右.有主要产品包括EVA射出模,TR单双色模,MD中底模,RB单双色模,TPU模及PU模鞋垫模等鞋模.
模具部全体人员90多人,开发室专业人员15人,电脑10台,2D,3D设计人员10人,开版设计人员10人,品检3人,机械科CNC数控铣床3台,操作技术人员6人,放电机2台,技术人员2人,铣床3台,技术人员3人,刨床3台,技术人员6人,钻床3台,专业人员3人,油压合模机2台,专业人员2人,电焊,氩焊技术员2人,橡胶试模机1台,铸造科人员10人,咬花科人员5人,钳工科经过严格考验之技术人员30多人.也就是说本司的模具,是从开发到成品由本厂一条龙制作,既节约了成本,又提高了效率,又能自己掌握品质,进度,以达到客户的要求.我们的宗旨是全心全意为客户打造的品牌而服务.
EVA射出部引进台湾天岗机台一组,温州瓯江机台二组,是专门EVA拖鞋,EVA中大底(月产量可达25万双左右)及EVA制品的生产部门,该部门工作人员30多人,其中有专业操作人员10人,技术员10人,配料员5人,现场管理2人,品检人员5人.本生产线虽然规模不是很大,但是我们的诚信可靠,高效进度和优质服务,自信能得到客户和客户的认可.

The factory with over 150 employees covers an area of 3,000 square meters by its initial stage investment of 8 million RMB. The factory occupies two main functions: mould making and EVA shoe and sole producing.
The mould plant, which holds Tai Wan and Italy advanced machines and technology, can make 300 pairs of moulds per month. The main mould products cover EVA injection mould, TR single/double color mould, MD single/double color mould, RB single/double color mould, TPR single/double color mould, TPU mould, PU mould and relative insole mould etc.
Being strong in technical strength, we are well equipped with full range of advanced manufacturing equipments and introduce advanced manufacturing process and strict qualification inspection standards. The mould dePARtment with over 90 workers has its separated shop from developing to producing. The designing shop with 10 computers has 15 technicians, who are 10 2D/3D designers, 2 printing openers and 3QCs. The machinery shop equips with 3 units of CNC milling lathes, 2 sets of EDMs, 3 sets of milling machines, 3 sets of planers, 3 sets of drilling machines, 2 sets of pressure presses, several welding machines and 1 set of rubber mould testing machine. Such a process working line in the charged of the technicians adapted to the advanced machines and also the casting, etching and finishing staff, has improved the efficiency, saved the cost and assured the precision. The EVA injection plant introduces Wen Zhou OUYEE units specializing in making EVA slippers, EVA insole and outsole (monthly output 250,000 pairs) and EVA products. The department with 30 professional workers shows its responsibility for the strict tempo and fine service, waits to be proved by the societies and customers.
