福建百事达生物材料有限公司为中城集团控股企业，是专业从事各种生物塑料母料、生物塑料制品以及各类多功能塑料添加剂的研发、生产、销售、科工贸一体化的高科技企业。
中城集团创立于1997年，现任董事长陈明兴先生是集团的创始人。从经营中城房地产公司开始，经过五年的艰苦创业、励精图治，集团进入了高速发展的快车道，现已拥有综合房地产、生物技术两大产业集群，总资产近20亿元，净资产15亿元。旗下的全资和控股的内外资企业23家，各类管理人员300多人，其中硕士学位以上的管理人员近40人，是福建省大型民营企业之一，2003年被省工商局评为“福建绿牌企业集团”。
中城集团创办福建百事达生物材料有限公司,承接3万吨生物降解母料项目及国家科技重大专项课题（863计划），以研发、生产各种淀粉基生物降解塑料产品为己任，聚集了从英、法、日留学归国的博士级人才资源，和包括国内生物降解行业协会理事长单位等领先企业的管理、技术、营销人才。现已开发出具有自主知识产权的淀粉基生物降解塑料产品八大类数十个品种和高效塑料吸水剂、超细塑料填充料、色母料等数十种多功能塑料添加剂。 公司现已具备年生产各种淀粉基生物降解塑料母料和各类多功能塑料添加剂能力五千余吨，年生产其它各种淀粉基生物降解塑料制品能力六千余吨的能力。其中，淀粉基生物降解母料、生物降解片材以及各类膜制品、片材制品等已批量销往日本、韩国、马来西亚、台湾等国家和地区。

Fujian Beststarch Biodegradable Material Co.,Ltd. is one of the holding companies of Zhongcheng Group.It is a fully integrated hi-tech company engaged in the R&D,manufacture and distribution of biodegradable masterbatches,products and several varieties of multi-functional plastic additives.

Zhongcheng Group founded Fujian Beststarch Biodegradable Material Co.,Ltd. ,took over thirty thouSANd tons of biodegradable plastic masterbatches project and national technology special subject(863 plan).It’s dedicated to the R&D and production of varieties of starchy biodegradable plastic products,assemble doctors returned from UK,France and Japan,including the human resource from famous enterprise,such as national biodegradable guild director unit.Now it has developed eight series including dozens of tyPES of starchy biodegradable masterbatches and dozens of multi-functional plastic additives,such as effective anti-foam agent,ultra small plastic filling material,color masterbatches.It has all the independent intellectual property rights of these products.It is able to produce five thousand tons of types of starchy biodegradable plastic masterbatches and multi-functional plastic additives a year,and six thousand tons of biodegradable plastic products a year. The starchy biodegradable masterbatches,sheet and types of film products and sheet products have been exported to Japan,Korea,Malaysia,etc.
