To serve an European client that is a world leader in the design, manufacture, installation and service of industrial cold and warm metal forming machines and tools mainly for the automotive, aerospace, construction and machine industries, we are looking for a marketing and sales person.
Nedschroef Machinery (www.nedschroef.be) is a world leader in the design, manufacture, installation and service of industrial cold and warm metal forming machines and tools mainly for the automotive, aerospace, construction and machine industries. Its headquarters are in Herentals, Belgium. Nedschroef Machinery has a workforce of 130 and its yearly turnover is about 40 mio Euro. It is PARt of Nedschroef Holding (www.Nedschroef.com) a group of 24 companies in 12 countries.

The machine program conSISts of progressive headers, bolt making units (header with integrated pointing and thread-rolling machine), short- and long-stroke part formers, and nut formers. All these machines are multi station and have at least 4 forming stations. The machines are highly customized and represent a relatively high value per unit. For further expansion on the Chinese market, Nedschroef Machinery is currently looking for a Sales Representative, to be based in Shanghai, who will be working ias part of the international sales team and be reporting to the sales manager Asia.

The Sales representative's tasks and responsibilities include the following:
Maintain contacts with existing customers and generrate repeat business.
Set up and expand own commercial relationship network
Actively find new prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts
Organize actvities and seminars for target customer groUPS
Report on market trends
The job demands a high degree of flexibility and wilingness to travel within China.

Eligible Candidates conform to the following profile:
应聘此岗位需符合以下要求
 Over 3 years of experience in business to business sales of machinery/capital goods preferably in the automotive industry and with a proven track record.
 University education preferably in mechanical engineering or materials science.
 Preferably experience in machine building or metalworking (cold or warm transforming) industries
 Good command of the English language (reporting is in English).

The sales representative is capable of setting up and maintaining an efficient network with (prospective) clients. He or she has strong negotiation skills. He/she is conscious of the long term relationship with the client and knows how to maintain the balance between the customers needs and the commercial interests of the own organisation.

He or she knows how to maintain an overview of the market and market segments and can adequately deal with new market trends. He or she is pro-active in seeking for new commercial oPPOrtunties, has good insight in the logistics and operational organisation of own clients and knows how to position the Nedschroekf products within that organisation.

The sales representative communicates easily and clearly has presentational skills and instills trust. Can listen well and is skillful in building up personal relationshiips with a diverse range of people. Ability to work independently and in a systematic, planned fashion.
