中国太平洋保险（集团）股份有限公司是在1991年5月13日成立的中国太平洋保险公司的基础上组建而成的保险集团公司，总部设在上海，注册资本67亿元。
公司投资设立中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司、中国太平洋人寿保险股份有限公司、中国太平洋（香港）有限公司、太平洋资产管理公司、太平洋安泰人寿保险公司以及纽约、伦敦等海外机构。其中，太平洋产险为中国第二大产险公司，太平洋寿险为中国第三大寿险公司。

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC Group) was established on the baSIS of the former China Pacific Insurance Company, which was founded on May 13th 1991. The company sets its headquarter in Shanghai, with a registered capital of RMB 6.7 billion.

The Group has invested and established China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd., China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd., China Pacific Insurance (H.K.) Co., Ltd., Pacific Asset Management Co., Pacific-Antai Life Insurance Co. and oversea rep. offices located in New York and London. China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. is the second biggest property insurance company in China, and China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd. the third biggest life insurance company in China.
