Company Profile
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC Group) was established on the baSIS of the former China Pacific Insurance Company, which was founded on May 13th 1991. The company sets its headquarter in Shanghai, with a registered capital of RMB 6.7 billion.

The Group has invested and established China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd., China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd., China Pacific Insurance (H.K.) Co., Ltd., Pacific Asset Management Co., Pacific-Antai Life Insurance Co. and oversea rep. offices located in New York and London. China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. is the second biggest property insurance company in China, and China Pacific Life Insurance Co., Ltd. the third biggest life insurance company in China.
