美的冰箱事业部简介
美的冰箱事业部位于安徽省会合肥，是美的集团旗下一家以研发、制造和销售冰箱及相关冷冻产品的家电企业，是中国最具规模的冰箱生产基地和出口基地之一。
美的冰箱事业部目前在安徽合肥、广东广州、湖北荆州拥有四个制造基地，占地面积68万平方米，其中合肥占地面积37万平方米，广州占地面积9万平方米，荆州占地面积22万平方米，员工9000多人。
冰箱事业部目前同时经营着“美的”、“荣事达”、“华凌”、“小天鹅”四个知名品牌，其中“美的”、“小天鹅”和“荣事达”均为中国驰名商标，2007年“美的”牌电冰箱荣获“中国名牌产品”荣誉称号，2008年“美的”品牌价值经权威机构评估高达412.08亿元，位居全国最有价值品牌第六位。
冰箱事业部现在拥有生产线共27条，其中冰箱生产线24条，冷柜生产线2条，酒柜生产线1条，主要生产各类冰箱、冷柜、酒柜等，综合年产能达1000万台，所有产品均通过了国家强制3C认证，并通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证。冰箱事业部营销网络和售后服务网络遍布全国各地，目前在全国共有50个产品管理中心（办事处），近6000个零售网点，1500多家维修服务网点，产品销售到全球100多个国家和地区；建立了国家级企业技术研发中心，拥有一支超过200人的研发团队。
2008年，美的冰箱表现出强劲的发展态势，在整合合肥、广州、荆州三地四大生产基地的基础上，技改扩能项目完成投产，实现产销各类冰箱及相关冷冻产品500万台，销售收入突破64亿元，同比增长36％。
2009年，随着企业组织架构、经营模式、管理机制进一步调整与完善，研发大楼及实验中心的竣工使用，美的冰箱的综合实力将跃上一个更高的台阶，预计全年产销各类冰箱及相关冷冻产品620万台，销售收入突破80亿元。

Midea Refrigeration Division is located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province. It is a comprehensive home APPliance corporation, which is professional on R&D, manufacturing and sales on refrigerators and relEVAnt freezing appliances. Now it is one of the largest refrigeration manufacturing and sales bases in China.
Midea Refrigeration Division has over 9,000 employees and holds our manufacturing bases in Hefei, Guangzhou and Jingzhou city, with total area of 680,000 square meters. and Hefei bases take 370,000 square meters, and Guangzhou base takes 90,000 square meters, and Jingzhou base takes 220,000 square meters,
Midea Refrigeration Division holds four brands, which are “Midea”, “Royalstar” “Hualing” and “Little Swan”. “Midea” ,“Little Swan” and “Royalstar” are all Chinese well-known trademarks. Midea Refrigerator achieved the “Chinese famous-brand product” in 2007.The brand value of “Midea” in 2008 exceeded 41 billion RMB Yuan evaluated by the authorized institution，being the sixth of the most valuable brands in China.
Midea Refrigeration Division owns totally 27 production lines presently. There are 24 production lines for refrigerators, 2 production lines for chest freezers, 1 production line for wine coolers. The total annual capacity reaches 10 million sets until 2008. We has been qualified by ISO9001:2000, ISO14001 and hade made All products passed national 3C certificate. At the same time, besides, we have one national authorized R&D center, and over 200 engineers.
Our domestic sales and service network covers all over of China, and our overseas business extends to more than 100 countries and areas in the world. In 2009, there are 50 product management centers, nearly 6000 sales shops, and 1500 after-sales service sites.
Midea Refrigeration Division achieved excellent development in 2008 with the total sales volume more than 5 million sets and total turnover exceeding 6.4 billion RMB Yuan by 36% comPARed with 2007. We have finished re-structuring the four manufacturing bases in Hefei and Guangzhou and Jinzhou. The technical improvement plan has also been finished.
In 2009, with the adjustment and improvement on the system of organization’s structure, business’s mold and management’s policies, with the utilization of the R&D building and testing centre, the annual ouTPUt in 2009 is estimated to reach 6.2 million refrigerators and 82 billion RMB Yuan.
